Debora Barlow is an artist, presenter, teacher and CQA/ACC national certified quilt show judge. As a fiber artist she creates innovative art quilts, pictorial and abstract utilizing a variety of techniques and embellishments. Her work has been exhibited through out Canada and the USA. Including the International Quilt. Festival in Houston, TX, the Grand National in Ontario, the CQA National Quilt Show and the 2009 Saskatchewan Craft Council Playing with Dimensions touring exhibit.
